Hit this summer with some delicious frosty fruit slushies
Summer is all over here and your body definitely needs a better treatment. These summer slushies are one of the tastiest way to cool down on a hot day.
For each slushie recipe, in blender, pestle the ingredients until fully incorporated and relatively smooth. Divide among glasses and garnish with additional fruit.
1. Mango Slushie

Summer is known for mangoes and refreshing memories. This is the only season where u can have the fresh, delicious and healthy taste of a mango. The key ingredients are
- 1 frozen mango
- 2 cups of ice cubes
- 2 table spoon lemon juice
Add all the ingredients to the blender and finally garnish it with some mint
2. Watermelon Slushie
The scoops of watermelon along with the touch of mint and lime will definitely save your day.
- 1 cup of frozen scoops of watermelon
- 2 cups of ice
- 2 table spoon lime juice
- some mint leaves

3. Kiwi and Pineapple
Come on who doesn't love a mix of two fruits. Kiwi is every fruit lover's delight with high vitamins and minerals and Pineapple is known for its fibre and multiple benefits. The combination of these is what we really need to beat this hot climate.
- 1 cup of frozen kiwi
- 1 cup of frozen pineapple
- 2 cups of ice
- Half cup of Coconut water
Add all the ingredients to the blender and finally garnish it with some mint.
